Hello, I have a question about filling a controlled prescription at a pharmacy. The issue is that A guy got kicked out of his mothers house and then I let him stay with me. (i didn’t know at the time) But one day he ate a bottle of 60 .5 mg xamax and went into my basement and starteed taking my gas pipes apart. For both our safeties, mainly mine, I made him quit, Well it turns out that he is completely off of his rocker. I had to call the cops and it took them an hour to get him out of my house. The whole ordeal made me go asleep and when I woke up I couldnt believe he as in my living room again, so the cops were called. They also had to be called another tiime on hime. Now my prescriptions are gone and I cannot fill then and the pharmacy will not allow me to get me refill or the new prescription that was called in its place cause he said the doctor informed him not to. Is it legal for pharmacies in PA to not transfer Controlled scripts to other pharmacies, such as rite aid for their 25 gift card idea they have until next week. Where are these rues posted? What is the best advice? I even tried paying cash.
